SafeNestT uses WireGuard to establish the secure VPN tunnel. Most connection issues are solved by re-importing your config or toggling the WireGuard tunnel.
Security reports (Suspicious Activity, Compromised Account, Phishing) are escalated to staff immediately.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Not connecting? Check the handshake in the WireGuard app. No handshake → toggle the tunnel off/on.
- Install WireGuard: App Store / Play Store → + → Scan from QR code. Desktop: import the downloaded .conf file.
- Lost config? Re-download from My VPN.
- Lost a device? Revoke it from My VPN immediately, then reply here.
- Never share private keys, passwords, or tokens in tickets.
